MAGICEYE CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Wadgaon. We’re in Flat No. B-702 at Pinnacle Cottage Close, near S No. 56/5C. It’s more of a home-office setup, which keeps things simple for us. We handle construction projects around the local area. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day we might be at a site checking the foundation, and the next we’re sitting at the kitchen table going over budgets. Wadgaon is a decent place to be based; it’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to our sites. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. People who know us just come by when they need to talk. We’ve been working like this for a few years now. It’s a lot of coordination with laborers and suppliers. Sometimes the supply chain gets messy, and we have to spend the whole day on the phone. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation because we aren't one. We’re just local builders making sure houses and structures get put up right. The office is usually messy with samples of tiles or cement bags in the corner. It’s a real working space. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay organized. Most of the time, our boots are still dusty from the site when we sit down to do the accounts at the end of the day.
