Madhav Limaye Group

Our office for Madhav Limaye Group is right in the heart of old Pune, over at 235 Kasba Peth. We are on the second floor of the Central Court building. If you know Kasba Peth, you know it’s full of narrow lanes and a lot of history. It can be a bit of a squeeze to get a car through here, so most of us just walk or take a bike. The building itself is older, and the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze of desks and cabinets. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the place has a certain smell of old paper and ink. It’s not fancy, but it’s ours. We spend a lot of time talking and figuring things out together. There’s usually a bit of noise from the street below, with vendors and people going about their business. We don't have any big corporate policies or anything. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the group. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work, and other times we might close up a bit early if it’s a slow day. It’s a very human way of working. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. It’s just a small part of the peth, and we like the routine.
