Made Will Surgi Pharma

Down in the Hadapsar area, you’ll find Made Will Surgi Pharma. It’s a busy part of town, and we’re right in the middle of all that activity. We spend a lot of our time moving boxes around. The warehouse space isn't huge, so we have to be smart about how we stack things. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of the details. We’ve been around here for a while, so we know the local roads and the shortcuts for the delivery bikes. The dust from the street gets in sometimes, so we spend a fair bit of time cleaning the shelves. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We start early, usually before the traffic gets really bad. There’s always someone calling about an order or a delivery driver looking for directions. We try to keep things simple. No fancy computers everywhere, just the ones we need and a lot of paper. We eat our lunch together in the back when there’s a lull in the work. It feels like a small family business because that’s basically what it is. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just know our stock and where it needs to go. Every day is pretty much the same, but that’s okay. We like the routine of the Hadapsar area. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, but we have a shade for that.
