We are located in Rohit Apartments in Ambegaon Budruk, Pune. Our office is Flat Number 11, which is a bit of a quiet space where we handle all the structure-related work. It’s a regular residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment at all. We mostly focus on the structural side of building things, making sure everything is solid and done the right way. Pune is expanding toward Ambegaon, so there’s always something happening nearby. Our desks are usually covered in drawings and structural calculations, which can look like a mess to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. Most of our time is spent on-site or at our computers, so the office is just a home base for the team. We like the neighborhood because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We’ve been working on various projects across the region, and we’ve seen how much goes into even a small structure. It’s not just about the concrete and steel; it’s about making sure the math is right and the site is safe. We don't go around making big promises; we just focus on the task at hand. It’s a practical business run by people who actually understand how things are built from the ground up.
