Our office is located in Soharb Residency on Tadiwala Road. We are in Flat No 7. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main commercial streets of Pune. We’ve been working from here for quite some time now. We handle different types of contracts and projects. It’s a simple office with just the basics. We don’t see the point in spending money on a fancy office when most of our work happens out at the project sites. Usually, it’s just a few of us here managing the schedules and the payroll. Tadiwala Road is a familiar place to us. We know the shortcuts and the local shops. It’s a good base of operations for what we do. We aren’t interested in being a big corporate giant. We just want to do good work and keep our clients happy so they come back. Most of our business comes from people we’ve worked with before. We keep it honest and straightforward. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples, but we know where everything is. It’s a small, dedicated team. We work hard and try to make sure every contract is handled properly. Pune is growing so fast, there is always plenty to do. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. No polished mission statements here, just a lot of coffee and phone calls to finish the work.
