MAA SANKALP BUILDCON LLP

We are based out of Shop No. 3 in the B building of K.P.C.T Mall, right over in Wanawadi. If you know the area, it's pretty busy around the mall, especially being opposite Parmar Nagar. Most days, we are just here at the office handling the paperwork and the site stuff for our building projects. We've been at this address for a while now. It's not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular space where we sit and work through the blueprints and meet with people who are looking for construction help. The traffic around the mall can be a bit much sometimes, but it makes it easy for folks to find us. We mostly handle building work around Pune. My desk is usually covered in site plans and coffee cups. We don't have a big team of sales people or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the projects get finished. It’s a bit noisy with the shops nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Wanawadi over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current building sites. Sometimes people just walk in after doing their shopping to ask about rates or where we have ongoing work. We try to keep things simple and straightforward here. There isn't much to say other than we are a local construction firm doing our bit in the city.
