If you head out toward Markal in the Khed taluka, you’ll find us at Gat No. 1083/1B. M. E. Energy is tucked away in an area that feels much more open than the crowded city centers of Pune. It’s a bit of a drive to get here, and sometimes the roads aren't the best, especially when the monsoon rain hits hard and things get muddy. But it’s where we have the space we need for our work. The facility isn't about looking pretty for visitors; it’s about having the room for the machinery and the energy systems we handle. You can see the fields nearby, and the air is a bit different out here compared to the industrial zones. We start the day early, usually before the heat really kicks in around noon. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages or they commute from further out by bus. Inside, it’s all practical. We have concrete floors, heavy desks, and plenty of tools lying around. There’s always a bit of noise from the equipment running in the back room. We don’t have much in the way of decorations. Maybe an old calendar on the wall and a few worn chairs in the break area where we eat lunch. It’s an honest place where people work hard and then head home once the sun starts going down over the hills. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we're usually too busy making sure everything is running right. It’s just a solid, industrial spot in Khed.
