M D is located at B 22 in the Mohammadi Complex over in Kondhwa Khurd. Pune is a big city, but our corner of it feels a bit more like a community. The complex itself is always busy with people coming and going from different shops and offices. We’ve been in this specific unit for quite some time. It’s not a large office, but it’s enough for what we need to do. There’s a desk, some chairs, and a lot of things piled up that we promise to sort through eventually. We aren’t really interested in looking like a big fancy firm. We’re just local people doing our jobs every day. Usually, there’s a bit of noise from the street below, but we’ve grown to like it. It makes the day go by faster. We handle the daily tasks as they come up, and we don’t really plan too far ahead. We just want to make sure the work we do today is good. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we leave a bit early if it’s quiet. It’s a flexible way of working that suits us well. We don't have any slogans or mission statements posted on the walls. We just have our address and the work sitting in front of us. Our windows face the back of the building, so it's not the best view, but it keeps the distractions to a minimum while we work on our daily files.
