Lupin Pharma

Our daily life at Lupin Pharma is tied to the Wakad area in Pune. It is a part of town that has grown a lot lately, and being in Wakad means dealing with a fair bit of traffic. The office is a regular space where we handle the pharmaceutical business. It is not overly decorated, just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We get to work and start by checking the emails and the schedule for the day. Pune has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in for meetings. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the city moving by while we sort through our tasks. It is a lot of steady work, making sure the distributions are handled and the paperwork is filed correctly. We don’t have a big cafeteria or anything, usually just eating lunch at our desks or heading out to one of the local spots nearby. The atmosphere is mostly quiet, punctuated by the sound of typing or someone looking for a specific file. We like the location because it is easy to get to, even if the road gets blocked sometimes. It is just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job. We focus on the details and try to stay on top of the orders that come through from the different regions.
