Our office is located on the third floor of building number sixty-four in the Kausar Bh Society. It’s over in Kondhwa Khurd, which is a lively part of Pune. We’ve been set up in flat number seven for some time now. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. Working out of a residential society means we are right in the middle of where people live, which feels right for what we do. We spend most of our mornings sorting through files and getting ready for whoever might visit later in the day. Sometimes the elevator is slow or the stairs feel a bit long, but that's just how it is in these older buildings. We focus on the local area around Kondhwa and the rest of Maharashtra from this small spot. It can get a bit crowded when we have a few people in the office at once, but we make it work. Most of the time, it's just the sound of keyboards and the occasional tea break. We don't spend money on big signs or bright lights. People find us because they know the address or someone told them where we are. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and we prefer it that way. Being here helps us stay grounded and focused on the actual tasks at hand without any unnecessary distractions or polished talk.
