We've been over here at Akshay in the Anand Mangal Society for a good while now. It's a busy part of Ganeshnagar in Vadgaonsheri, and we're just part of the local scene here in Pune. Being based in this neighborhood means we see how much the area changes every year. It’s mostly just us doing our daily work in the office, keeping track of things and talking to people who drop by. We aren't a giant operation with hundreds of people. It’s more of a small setup where we handle the usual tasks that come with managing property. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it’s pretty quiet, allowing us to catch up on paperwork. Most of our day is spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of the business right here on the ground. We know the streets around Vadgaonsheri well because we live and work in the same spots as everyone else. There isn't much flash to what we do. It’s just showing up, opening the doors, and making sure the projects we are involved with move along. We’ve seen Pune grow so fast, and being tucked away in a society like this keeps us connected to the community. People know where to find us if they have questions or need to see a document. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
