Lunkad Realty is based over at 72 Budhwar Peth, near Clover Watergardens. It’s an interesting spot because you have the busy old parts of the city and then these newer developments nearby. Our office is where we handle all the real estate matters, from checking papers to meeting people who want to buy or rent something in the area. We have been around this part of town for a good bit now. The office itself is pretty plain, with some desks, files stacked up, and a few chairs for guests. We don't spend much time making things look fancy; we are usually too busy on the phone or out visiting sites. Dealing with property around here means you have to know the streets well. Sometimes we are stuck in traffic for an hour just to get a few kilometers away. It can be frustrating, but that is just how Pune is. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location. People stop by to ask about the market or just to see what is new. We try to give them a straight answer without any fluff. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. Sometimes the desk gets buried under folders. We take turns making tea and keeping the place running. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things moving and helping people find a place that works for them without too much trouble. We just stay focused on the work we have.
