We are situated out at 1569/B, just off the Pune-Saswad Road in Vadki Village. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but the air is a little clearer out here. Luminous Renewable Energy Solutions (P) Ltd has its base here where we have enough space to manage our operations. Being in a village setting means things move at a slightly different pace, which we don't mind. Our facility is practical. We have a lot of space for the renewable energy equipment we work with. Most days are spent checking inventory or coordinating with teams out in the field. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You won't find many suits here; we mostly wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of grease or dust on. We’ve been part of the Vadki area for a while and have seen the road get busier over the years. We keep things simple. No big corporate speeches or complicated mission statements. We just show up, do the work involving solar and other green energy, and make sure things are running. The village surroundings mean we sometimes have to deal with power cuts or stray animals, but it’s all part of the daily routine. It’s an honest way to earn a living, and we’re happy to be doing it right here on the outskirts of Pune. We just take it one day at a time.
