Lucky Homes is located at 689-4 in Bibwewadi. We’re right opposite Esi Padma Society, which is a big landmark that helps people find us. Dealing with homes and property in this area keeps us pretty occupied. Bibwewadi is a place with a lot of different neighborhoods, and we spend most of our time talking to people about where they want to live or what they are looking to sell. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with anyone who drops by. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or big marketing campaigns. It’s mostly word of mouth and people seeing our sign when they walk past. The real estate market can be a bit of a roller coaster, with some weeks being incredibly slow and others having us running all over the place to show different spots. We know the local streets and the building rules around here quite well. It’s a lot of sitting through meetings and checking over paperwork to make sure everything is in order. Sometimes we’re just waiting for the phone to ring, and other times we can’t keep up with the messages. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve been around this part of Bibwewadi for a long time, so we’ve seen the area grow and change. We just keep doing our thing, helping folks find a place.
