Lotus Punamiya Ventures Llp

We are located in the Lotus Icon building in Pune. Specifically, we are in Shop 03 on the second floor. The plot number is 329 in Sector 27/A. Lotus Punamiya Ventures Llp is the name we go by. It’s a pretty standard commercial space. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets. Being on the second floor means we’re away from the main noise of the street, which helps when we need to focus on the books. Pune is a big city, and Sector 27/A is a part of it that’s always changing. We’ve seen a lot of shops come and go. Our space is functional. We didn't spend much on fancy furniture or lights. It’s just a place to get the work done. We handle our ventures and business deals from this office. Sometimes we have clients come in for a chat, and we just pull up a chair. It’s not about looking big or important. We just want to do our job and go home at the end of the day. The building has a few other businesses, so there’s always a bit of movement in the hallways. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a simple life for us here in Shop 03. Just a small team doing our thing in Sector 27/A.
