You’ll find our office at 149 Sukarvar Peth, right in Shinde Ali. It’s an old part of the city, and the streets are pretty narrow, so it’s usually better to walk than to try and park a big car nearby. We’ve been working as developers in this area for a long time. The office is an old building with a lot of character, and maybe a few too many piles of paper on the desks. We focus on getting things built, which involves a lot of back-and-forth with builders and local authorities. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines are approaching. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past to show people what we’re capable of. Most of our days are spent checking on construction sites or sitting in meetings trying to figure out how to solve a problem with a drain or a wall. We like being in Sukarvar Peth because it feels real and grounded. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and make sure the people who move into our buildings are happy. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the next project. There is always something new to learn with every brick we lay.
