Lkl Projects Llp is located in Flat 102 of the Matrukrupa Apartment. We are on Lakaki Road in the Model Colony area of Shivaji Nagar. It is a pretty nice part of town, actually. The road has a lot of trees, and it is much quieter than the main streets nearby. Working out of an apartment makes things feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big corporate sign, just our name on the doorbell. It is a small operation. We use the different rooms for different parts of the business. One room is full of blueprints, and the other has the computers. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, which makes it feel like a real home. We focus on various projects around the city. Most of our time is spent out at construction sites, so the office is mainly for the administrative stuff. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We try to keep things simple and honest. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the world. We just want to do our jobs well and go home at the end of the day. Lakaki Road is a good place to think and plan. We like the local vibe of Model Colony. It is a bit informal, but we find that works better for us anyway. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized.
