We operate out of 893/6, Lohia Jain House, right on Bhandarkar Road. This area is quite well-known in Pune, and we’ve been in this building for a good while. It’s a solid old building that feels right for a construction firm. We aren't fancy people; we just focus on building things and managing our projects from this office. Bhandarkar Road is usually packed with cars and people, but inside the office, it’s a bit more focused. We have blueprints laid out on the tables and samples of materials sitting in the corners. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend our days talking to engineers, suppliers, and people who want to build something new. There’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with, especially with all the regulations these days. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. We don't like overcomplicating things with big words or fancy promises. It’s just about getting the masonry, the plumbing, and the wiring right. Being at Lohia Jain House puts us in a good spot to reach most parts of the city. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still here, doing the same kind of work we’ve always done. It’s just how we do business around here, with no fuss and a lot of concrete and iron and sweat and long hours out on the various sites we manage across the entire city.
