Our office is based out of the Mega Center in Hadapsar, right in the Magarpatta area of Pune. Specifically, we are in Shop No. F 411. If you live around here, you know the Mega Center is a pretty well-known landmark. Livyoung Realty Skyline Llp started because we wanted to be involved in the growth happening in this part of Pune. Hadapsar used to be a lot quieter, but now with all the IT parks and the developments in Magarpatta, it’s constantly moving. We spend our mornings checking on new listings and our afternoons meeting with people who are looking for homes or office spaces. The office is a practical space, nothing too over the top. We’ve got some desks, some maps of the local area, and a lot of tea. We handle a variety of real estate tasks, mostly helping people navigate the local market which can be confusing with all the different phases and blocks. Being in Pune-411028 puts us right where the action is. We see a lot of young professionals coming in because of the nearby tech parks. It’s interesting to see how the skyline changes almost every month with a new crane up somewhere. We just stay focused on our work here in the shop. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around, just a reliable place where people can get some honest information about what’s available in the neighborhood.
