Our place is located at J-284 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. This is a real industrial hub, so it is mostly just warehouses and workshops all around us. Litel Infrared Sytem Pvt.Ltd. is not a very big outfit, but we have enough space for what we do every day. We work with infrared heating systems, which sounds very technical, but it is mostly about building ovens and heaters for other factories. The workshop has a high ceiling and it is usually quite cool in the morning, but it gets a bit stuffy by noon. We have tools hanging on the walls and workbenches that have definitely seen better days. It is a functional space above everything else. We do not really do much in the way of decorating the place. The main focus is always on the assembly. You will often find someone welding or testing a heating element in the back area. Bhosari is a place where everyone is busy making something, so there is a lot of truck movement and noise from the neighbors. We usually start our day early to beat the heat and the morning traffic. Our office is just a couple of desks partitioned off from the main work floor with some plywood. We keep our records in old-fashioned ledgers and some on the office computer. It is a simple way of running a business.
