Lionsville Estates Private Limited is located out in Nanded City. Our office is actually Flat No. 1303 in the Asawari building, which is part of the E block. Being on the 13th floor gives us a nice perspective of the Sinhgad Road area. Nanded City is a bit away from the main Pune chaos, which is a nice change of pace. It feels more like a community here than a cold business district. We started this because we liked the idea of working where people actually live. The flat is set up for business, but it still has that homey feel to it. You won’t find any marble lobbies or security guards in suits here. It’s just us sitting around a table, going over estate details and talking to clients on the phone. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people figure out their property needs. Sometimes the wind really howls around the building because we’re up so high, but it’s a quiet place to focus. We spend a lot of time driving up and down Sinhgad Road for meetings. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune, just a reliable one that stays grounded. It’s a simple life for us in Asawari. We get our work done and then we head home like everyone else.
