Links International has an office in Pune at Highway Towers. We are up on the first floor at number 23. Being right by the highway means we see the city moving all day long. Pune has changed a lot, but this area still feels very active. The office itself is a pretty standard setup. We have some whiteboards with notes on them and a couple of old printers that make a lot of noise. It’s not a designer space by any means. We have plain walls and some simple chairs for when people come to visit. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the summer months. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to drivers. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are where they should be. The first floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for the elevator if we’re in a hurry. You can hear the hum of the traffic from the highway, which becomes a sort of background music for our day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image. We just want to make sure the work gets finished. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn’t too bad. We have our favorite places for lunch around Highway Towers. It’s a straightforward, hardworking environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand. No frills, just business as usual for everyone on the team here.
