Limra Buildcon LLP is located over in Pune City, specifically on Noor Masjid Lane. Our spot is at SR. 42/2/2/1B. If you know where Galaxy Hospital is, we are basically right across from it. It’s a busy little area with a lot of people coming and going because of the hospital. We’ve been working out of this location for some time now. The office is just a plain, functional space where we keep our site plans and equipment lists. We don't go in for anything too decorative. It’s mostly just desks and chairs and a lot of tea. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or out at various construction sites around Pune. Being near the mosque means we hear the calls to prayer throughout the day, which becomes a familiar part of the routine. The traffic on this lane can be a bit much during peak hours, but we make it work. We are a small crew. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just focus on the buildings we are working on. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. We deal with the heat and the rain and everything else that comes with building in Maharashtra. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. People around the neighborhood know us, and that is enough for our business.
