You can find us at Gat No. 712 in the Kudalwadi area of Chikhali. We are quite close to the Autoline Company, which is a big landmark around here. If you get lost, just look for their big signs and we are nearby. Lift Link Technologies is where we handle a lot of technical stuff related to lifts and moving parts. The office is basically just a few desks shoved into a corner of the main warehouse. We spend more time out on the floor than we do sitting down. Chikhali is a very industrial place, so there is always the sound of welding or heavy lifting in the air. It is not the prettiest place to work, but it is where the action is. We started out small and just kept adding more shelves and more tools as we went along. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we manage to get through. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or bosses shouting orders. We just see what needs to be fixed or built and we do it. It is a practical way to run things. We have been at this Gat number for several years now and we know most of the guys at the surrounding workshops. We share a laugh and sometimes a meal during the lunch hour when the sun is too hot.
