We are located in Kothrud, specifically in Guruganesh Nagar. Our office is in Building B/2, which is part of a larger survey number area on Paud Road. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, and Paud Road is one of those stretches that never seems to go quiet. There are always people moving about, students and office workers mostly. We deal with spaces, hence the name, and we spend a lot of time thinking about how to make spots in the city a bit more livable. The building we are in is a standard Pune structure, nothing too modern or flashy. It feels like a real neighborhood here. Sometimes the traffic noise from the road carries up, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a lot of files and drawings scattered around the office. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. The monsoon season in Pune is always a bit of a challenge with the leaks and the dampness, but we manage to stay dry. Our team is local, so we know the geography of this area by heart. We don’t do big presentations. Usually, it’s just us talking to people about what they want to do with their property or a specific plot of land. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We’ve been here for a while and the landlord is decent, so we stay put.
