Life Line Surgical & Bureau

We are located on the ground floor of the Butte Patil Complex in Erandwane. It’s right next to Kirti Hardware, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The complex is always busy with people going to different offices. Our space is filled with medical supplies and equipment, so there isn’t much room to move around. We spend a lot of time answering the phone and writing down orders for clinics and hospitals. It’s a quiet kind of work, mostly involving a lot of paperwork and checking expiry dates. We’ve been in Erandwane for a long time. The street outside is usually lined with parked scooters and cars. Sometimes it’s hard to find a spot. Inside, the lights are a bit dim and the shelves are tall. We don't have any fancy displays. We just keep everything in its place so we can find it quickly when someone comes in with a list. It’s mostly just two or three of us working here. We take turns going out for lunch at the small stalls nearby. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed despite being a medical supply business. We don't use any big computers for everything, just some basic records. It’s a practical way to run things. People appreciate that they can just walk in and talk to us directly. We keep a jar of sweets on the counter for whoever comes to visit us.
