Legato Developers Llp is based out of the C Wing at Parmar Trade Centre. That’s right there on Connaught Road in Pune, near Connaught House. We’ve been around this part of Maharashtra for a while now. Most people know the area because of the busy streets and the mix of old and new buildings. Being in 411001 means we are right in the thick of things. Dealing with property and development in a place like Pune keeps us on our toes every single day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get our work done and handle the paperwork for various projects. We spend a lot of time looking at sites and talking to people about land. It's a lot of back and forth, honestly. People stop by the office when they need to discuss something face-to-face. It’s easier that way than just sending emails. The weather gets pretty hot here, but the office stays busy. We handle the local requirements and try to keep things moving as fast as the local regulations allow. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. If you are walking down Connaught Road, you’ll see the trade centre building. It’s a familiar spot for most folks who live or work nearby. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this neighborhood. There is always noise from the traffic, but inside the office, we just focus on the plans and the next steps for our developments.
