Legacy Towers Associates Llp is over in Ravet, right at Survey No 106 near the SB Patil Corner. It’s a busy spot on the Aundh Ravet BRT Road, and we’ve been here for a while now. We’re not some big, faceless corporation with a bunch of polished ads. It’s just a few of us working out of this office handling the various aspects of property management and real estate. Most days are spent dealing with local builders, sorting through stacks of paperwork, and answering phone calls from people looking for a place. The area around here is always under construction, so it’s pretty dusty and loud, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Our desks are usually covered in files and blueprints. We just try to get the work done without making a big fuss about it. People find us because we’re right on the corner and we’ve been part of the neighborhood’s growth for some time. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big promises. We just know the Pune property market and we do our jobs as best as we can. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but it works for us. It’s a practical space for practical people. If you’re coming by, look for the BRT road and you’ll find us easily enough.
