LEADBUILD LANDMARKS LLP

Leadbuild Landmarks LLP is based in a central part of Pune, over in Shivaji Nagar. You can find our office at Flat 101 in Ruchi Apartments, which is in the Pulachiwadi area near Deccan Gymkhana. It’s a very old and busy part of the city, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. We chose this spot because it’s easy for our guys to get to from all over Pune. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls; it’s just a regular apartment where we’ve set up our desks and drawing boards. Most of our work involves landmarks and building projects that require a lot of attention to detail. We spend our days talking to architects, dealing with the municipal corporation, and checking on the progress of our various sites. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, and sometimes the paperwork feels like it’ll never end. We don’t go for flashy marketing or big promises. We just focus on the actual building process and trying to solve the problems that inevitably pop up on a construction site. Our team is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so we work together pretty well without needing a lot of formal meetings. We just like being in the heart of Pune and doing our bit to build up the city one project at a time. It’s tiring work, but we’re used to it and we just keep going.
