Le Royale Residency Club

Le Royale Residency Club is located at Hinjawadi 220. Being in Hinjawadi, we are surrounded by all the big IT parks and the traffic that comes with them. It’s a big building and keeping it running takes a lot of effort from the whole crew. We have people coming in at all hours because of the different work shifts in the area. The lobby has some big windows, so you can see the road, which is usually packed with cars. We have a pool and a gym, and we spend a good chunk of the day making sure the water is clear and the machines are wiped down. The rooms are pretty standard. We try to keep the noise from the hallway down so people can actually sleep. It’s a busy place, but we try to keep things moving smoothly. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow when everyone is trying to leave for work at the same time. The garden area needs a lot of watering because it gets so dry out here. We have a small team for maintenance and they are always busy fixing a leaky tap or changing a lightbulb somewhere in the building. It’s just a place for people to stay while they are working in the tech hub. We don't have any grand speeches about it, we just keep the place tidy and the doors open for whoever needs a room.
