You can find us at Q. No. 811/4 in the New Project Area. This is right inside the A.F.S. Lohegaon area in Pune, postcode 411032. Being near the Air Force Station means there is a lot of security and it is generally quite organized around here. Le Royale Residency Club isn't some giant hotel chain; it’s more of a local fixture in this specific part of Lohegaon. The surroundings are mostly government quarters and open spaces. It gets quite dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just Pune for you. We spend our days managing the residency and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever is coming through. It’s a practical job. We don’t have a marketing team writing fancy slogans for us. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door or checking the registers. The New Project Area is still developing in some ways, so you see a lot of construction workers and trucks passing by the main gates. Our office space is simple, with just the basic furniture and a calendar on the wall that we forget to flip sometimes. People who stay here are usually here for work or visiting family at the base. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We try to keep the place tidy, though the old windows always seem to let in a bit of grit from the road. It’s a lived-in kind of place, nothing too polished.
