Lavasa Corporation Ltd.

Our setup is a little different than most because we operate out of Sai Prasad Bunglow. It is House Number 72 in the Sargam Housing Society, which is over in Dudhanenagar. We are located right opposite the Varje Jakat Naka in Pune 411052. Working out of a bungalow gives the whole operation a different vibe than being in a standard office building. It feels a lot more relaxed and less formal. The housing society is a quiet place with mostly families living around us, so we make sure to keep things low key. We have been at this address for quite a while now. The space inside the bungalow is used for all the daily tasks for Lavasa Corporation Ltd. It is nice having a bit of a yard outside and not being stuck on the tenth floor of a crowded building. The Jakat Naka is a great landmark for anyone trying to find their way to us. We don't have a big reception area or a front desk. You just ring the bell and someone will come out to let you in. It’s a very practical and down-to-earth way to run a business. We have a few rooms set up with basic desks and filing cabinets. The whole team knows the daily routine well. It is just honest work being done in a regular residential neighborhood. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just keeping up with what needs doing on a daily basis.
