Our office is located inside the Sneha Complex, specifically in the R2 Wing of the Shivneri Building. We are right on the Katraj Dehu Road National Highway in Warje, Pune. The pin code here is 411052. Because we are right on the NH way, it’s quite easy for folks to find us if they are coming from out of town. The area has seen a lot of growth lately. We spend our days in here dealing with the usual office tasks and paperwork. The building itself is a mix of different types of companies and small businesses. It has a very practical, functional feel to it. You can definitely hear the trucks and the cars zooming by on the highway sometimes, but inside we just focus on our own things. We have a small team here at Lavasa Corporation Ltd. We aren’t trying to be something we’re not. It is just an office where we manage the business. We try to keep everything simple. Usually, one of us is at the desk if someone happens to drop by during the regular working hours. There is always a lot of activity in this part of Pune. Being near the highway really helps us with logistics and moving around the city. We like this spot because it is easy to describe to people once they know the landmark. There aren't any big corporate lobbies or fancy elevators here. Just a door, some chairs, and a lot of work to do.
