In Pune, you’ll find our Lavasa Corporation Limited office over in Viman Nagar. We are located in the Lunkad Queensland complex, specifically in unit C2 / 402. It’s a well-known spot because it’s right opposite the Gangapuram bus stop. Having the bus stop right there means there is always a lot of movement and people around, which keeps things interesting. Viman Nagar is a busy part of the city, especially with the airport being so close, so you often hear planes overhead. The office itself is inside a residential complex, so it has a more relaxed atmosphere than a typical commercial building. We have a decent amount of space, but it’s filled with the usual office stuff—papers, computers, and half-empty boxes. It feels like a real place where people actually work, not a showroom. We don't have any polished speeches or corporate slogans on the walls. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. The team here is a mix of people who have been with the company for a long time. We know the local shops where you can get a good sandwich or a coffee. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes it hard to get around, but being right by the bus stop has its advantages. It’s a straightforward place to work, and we like it that way. We keep things moving without needing to be flashy about it. We have a small balcony where we can take a break and look at the clouds.
