We do development work, so our days are filled with looking at land and figuring out what can be built where. The office at Laxmi Bhuvan is a simple setup. We have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving because it gets quite humid here in the afternoons. We aren't big on fancy titles or anything like that. We just show up, drink some tea, and get to work. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello, which is nice. We’ve been in this house for a bit now and it feels like home. The walls are a bit thin, so we hear everything going on outside in Chinchwada, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We don’t have a big shiny sign out front, just the name and the work we do. It’s a practical way to run a business. We handle the paperwork, deal with the local rules, and try to keep everything on track without making a big scene about it. It’s just us doing our thing in North Goa, day after day.
