Our office for Land Castle Construction is actually in a flat, C-502, inside the Sylvania building in Magarpatta City. It’s over in Hadapsar. Using a flat as an office works out well for us because it has a kitchen and a bit more of a relaxed feel than those big glass buildings in the center of town. We do mostly construction and infrastructure work around this side of the city. Magarpatta is always growing, so there’s usually something happening just down the road. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the trade. Most of the day is spent tracking materials and talking to the crews on the ground. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just want to finish the buildings we start and make sure they are built right. The living room area of the flat is where we keep the main computers and the big table for blueprints. It gets a bit messy with all the paper and coffee mugs, but we know where everything is. Getting into Magarpatta can be a bit of a process with the security gates, but it’s a safe and clean place to work. We’ve been here for a bit and it suits our needs just fine. We don't bother with much marketing. Most people find us because they see our signs at the actual work sites.
