We are based out of Pune, specifically in the Thergaon area. Our office is located in Anand Residency at Kanhai Park, Flat A/12. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the traffic around Pune can be a bit much some days. LAMD BUILD INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just a group of us who know the local building scene. We’ve been at SNO.14/6 for some time now. Dealing with construction and building projects in Maharashtra means you have to be ready for anything. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. It isn't always pretty or organized, but we get the jobs finished. We chose this location because it’s central to where most of our work happens. Most of our mornings start with tea and a look at the schedule for the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just reliable enough that people in the neighborhood know they can call us. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks in the flat, but that's just part of the deal. We know the streets of Pune well and how things work here. There’s a lot of growth happening in this part of the city, and we are just trying to play our part in it. It’s hard work, dusty and loud most of the time, but it’s what we do. No big speeches or flashy signs, just us working from the apartment.
