We are over at Shop No 21 in Yashwantrao Chavan Sankulan. Most people know the area because it's right in the middle of Lonavala. It gets really crowded here during the monsoon when everybody from Mumbai and Pune drives up to see the rain. We've been operating out of this spot for a while now. It's not a fancy office or anything, just a regular space where we handle the day-to-day work for Lakesquare Hospitality Llp. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, especially on weekends, but you get used to it. We mostly spend our time talking to people on the phone or meeting folk who drop by the shop. Lonavala is a small place really, once you stay here long enough you know most of the shopkeepers around the Sankulan. We just focus on keeping things moving and making sure we don't miss any calls. The address says Pune-Pune because of the district, but we are very much a Lonavala outfit. It’s a lot of work managing everything, especially when the season is at its peak. Usually, it's just us trying to keep the paperwork straight and dealing with the local logistics. If you walk past the market area, you’ll find us easily enough. We don't have a big team, just enough people to make sure things get done without too much fuss. It's a simple way of working, but it works for us.
