Lake Residency Club

Our place is located out on Tamini Ghat Road, specifically at Survey No 186/3. We are in Village Gonawadi in the Mulshi area. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but it is much quieter than the city. We are right near the Gonawadi Bus Stand, so that is usually how people know they have reached the right spot. Being a club residency near the lake, the vibe is a lot different from a city office. There is more space and the air feels a bit cleaner. We spend a lot of our time managing the property and making sure things are in order. The road can get a bit rough during the monsoon season because of the rain in the ghats. It is a very green area. We have a simple office on the grounds where we handle the paperwork and talk to visitors. It isn't a polished corporate environment. It feels more like a countryside spot. We have a few staff members who live nearby and they help keep things running. There are no big malls or fancy restaurants around here, just the hills and the road. We follow a slow pace of life. Most days are spent outdoors or in the small office building near the gate. It is a practical way to run a club in a village setting like Gonawadi. We just take things one day at a time out here.
