L T Engineering Ltd

Our office for L T Engineering Ltd is at A6, Laxmankrupa. We are right by the Old Pune-Mumbai Highway in Kasarwadi. Being near the highway means there is a constant hum of traffic, which you get used to after a week. It’s a convenient spot because we can get to different parts of Pune pretty quickly. The building itself is an older style. We occupy a small section of it. Inside, it looks like a typical engineering office—blueprints on some tables, a few old computers, and plenty of pens that usually run out of ink when you need them. We’ve been at this address for a while. It’s a practical location for us. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We’d rather have better tools. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings or talking on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes the tea man comes by around four, which is the highlight of the afternoon. It’s a grounded way to work. No one wears suits here unless there is a very specific reason. We just show up, do the engineering work required, and head home. It’s honest work and we like the Kasarwadi area because everything we need is within walking distance. The highway keeps things moving and so do we. It's a busy but good place to be for our small engineering team.
