L K R Construction

We are located at Plot No 18, Sr No 11 in Choudhary Park. It’s specifically in Lane No 2 over in Lohegaon. L K R Construction isn't a massive firm with a hundred trucks. We are a smaller operation and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. The office in Lohegaon is where we store the tools and talk over the plans for the next project. It’s a quiet enough area, at least compared to the main roads. We spend our days dealing with contractors, checking on materials, and making sure the sites are moving along. There’s always some delay with something, like weather or a late delivery, but that’s just how building goes. We don't use fancy brochures or have a sales team. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites in the area. We focus on the basics—good materials and making sure the structure is safe. Lohegaon has been expanding a lot lately, so there’s plenty of work to do. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve seen Choudhary Park change as more people move in. L K R Construction is just us trying to build decent houses and shops for our neighbors. It’s hard work, and we usually go home covered in dirt, but it’s satisfying to see a building go up from nothing. We just take it one project at a time until the job is done right.
