Our office is on the first floor of Swamipuram No. 106, right in the middle of Sadashiv Peth. It is at Cts 2160, if you are looking for the exact spot on the map. It's a busy part of town, so finding a parking space can be a real chore some mornings. L &W Construction Pvt Ltd isn't some high-rise glass office with a receptionist in a suit. We have blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of materials sitting on the shelves. The floor is usually a bit dusty because people are always coming in from different sites. It’s just how things are when you’re dealing with construction. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at computer screens. The lighting in the office is okay, nothing special, just standard tubelights. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially during a big project. We don’t really do fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a table with some tea, trying to figure out the next steps for a job. Sadashiv Peth has a lot of character, and we fit right in with the other local businesses around here. It’s practical work. We don’t have any polished slogans on the walls. We just come in, do the hours, and head home. It is a straightforward place to work and we like it that way. No one is trying to impress anyone with big words or corporate talk.
