Down here at Milkat No. 1115 in Talawade Gaon, things stay pretty moving. Kyp Developers Private Limited has been set up in this part of Pune for a bit now. Talawade is a busy spot, especially with all the people coming and going for work. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down and look at maps and project files. Being in the Haveli area means we deal with a lot of different types of land and local rules which can be a real headache sometimes. We mostly focus on getting the actual building work done without making too much of a fuss. The team here is mostly local folks who know the roads and the neighborhoods around Pune quite well. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get from one side of town to the other, but we manage to get to the sites eventually. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just talk to people directly and try to figure out what they need built. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal in the summer, but that is just part of the job when you are in development. We keep our tools ready and just focus on the next step of whatever project is currently on the table. It is honest work and we like being part of the community here in Maharashtra.
