KYANSH CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Kyansh Construction Private Limited is based out of Rahatani in Pune. We have our setup in the Rainbow Housing Society, specifically in Park Royal, Flat B/1003. It's a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most mornings until we start making calls to the sites. We do a lot of construction work around this side of the city. Being in Pune-411017 means we are close to a lot of new developments. It’s just a handful of us working here. We spend a lot of time checking on progress and making sure the supplies arrived at the right place. Construction is messy and there are always surprises, but we deal with them as they come. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things properly. It’s not always easy keeping everything on schedule. Sometimes the rain slows us down or a delivery is late. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people. Usually, you’ll just find one of us at a desk covered in papers. We keep it simple. If a project comes up in Rahatani, we’re usually there to see it through. We prefer it that way. No big corporate talk, just actual building work. Most of our clients are just local people or small businesses who know where to find us in the society. If we aren't at the flat, we are probably out at a site nearby, so we just check our messages whenever we get back.
