Kx2 Development Private Limited

Kx2 Development Private Limited is based out of Sharad Society in Shivaji Nagar. We are at Block 29, Sr No 405. It is a bit of a residential setting, which actually makes it quite a nice place to work compared to a busy commercial tower. We have turned the space into an office where we handle all our development projects. Shivaji Nagar is a central part of Pune, so we are close to everything, even if the traffic nearby can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Inside the society, it is much quieter. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking on various project updates. We are a small group of people who have worked together for a bit. There is no corporate polish here, just some desks and a lot of folders. Sometimes we have our lunch together in the small kitchen area. It feels more like a home-turned-office than a big company headquarters. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Most people find us because they know the area or have heard about us from someone else. It is a very grounded way to run a business. We just focus on the development work and keep things moving without making a big fuss about it.
