Kushal Landmarks Pvt Ltd has been operating out of Gultekdi for a good while now. Our office is at 427/2, right across from Katariya High School. You can hear the school bells and the kids shouting during their breaks, which gives the place a bit of life. Gultekdi is a solid area to be in for real estate work. We spend most of our time talking about property and looking at maps. It is not a very large office, but it’s got everything we need to get through the day. We usually have a lot of maps and papers spread out on the main table. The street outside can get a bit congested when school lets out, but we are used to it by now. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. We are just local people working in the landmark and property business. Most of our visitors are neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in the area. We try to keep things honest and just tell people the facts about the land or buildings they are interested in. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on things. We like being near the school because it makes the location easy for people to find. Just look for Katariya High School and we are right there across the street.
