Kushal Group

Kushal Group is located over at Survey No 229/2 in the Khandobamal area. We are right by the Gajanan Housing Society in Bhosari, Pune. It’s an interesting spot because you have the industrial feel of Bhosari but also the homes nearby. Our office is a bit plain, just white walls and some simple furniture we bought when we first moved in. We’ve been here since 411039 was just getting busier. There are a lot of us working here now, but it still feels like the small team we started with. We spend our days mostly coordinating things and making sure everything is running smoothly. The traffic in Pune can be a nightmare, so we often start quite early to beat the rush. There’s a small canteen nearby where we get our tiffin. We don't have a lot of corporate jargon or big meetings. We just sit around the main table and figure things out as they come up. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, and we all have a laugh about it. It’s a practical place. We’re not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get our work done and go home to our families. The housing society next door means there are always kids playing nearby in the evenings. It makes the place feel a bit more like home and less like just a workplace. We are just a group of people working hard.
