Kumarengicon Projects Private Limited

Kumarengicon Projects Private Limited is located at Flat No 02 in Building A of Mayureswar Vihar. We are on Bhigwan Road in the Suryanagari area of Pune. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it very easy for people to stop in and talk to us. We work on engineering and construction projects, so there are always a lot of technical drawings and charts pinned to the walls. The office used to be a regular residence, so it still has a kitchen where we make coffee and snacks. Suryanagari is a bit away from the main city rush, which we actually quite like. It’s a bit more peaceful here, though Bhigwan Road still gets a lot of trucks passing by. We are a small group and we don’t really go in for corporate polish. We wear regular clothes and often have dirt on our boots from visiting sites. Our desks are old and the chairs squeak a bit, but they do the job. We spend our hours calculating costs and checking project timelines. It’s hard work and involves a lot of attention to detail. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure our projects are finished properly and on time. Most of our clients come from the local area or through people we’ve worked with before. It’s a straightforward way of running a business.
