Kumar Senaw Developers Ltd. is based out of the Band Garden, Yeroda, and Katraj Ambegoan areas. We move around quite a bit between these spots because that is where the work is. Developing land is a slow process. It’s mostly about waiting for things to dry or waiting for trucks to show up on time. We spend a lot of our day on-site, getting our boots dirty and talking to the workers. It isn't a glamorous job like people think. There is a lot of dust and noise, especially around Katraj Ambegoan. We’ve been at this for some time now, just trying to build things that stay standing. We don't do much advertising because most people find us by seeing our signs at the construction sites. It’s a lot of coordinating between different people and making sure the supplies don't go missing. We keep our main base near Band Garden, but honestly, we’re rarely sitting at a desk. If you need to find us, it’s usually better to just come to one of the project areas. We don't have a fancy reception area with coffee machines. We just have plans, tools, and a lot of work to finish. It’s a straightforward business. We build, we move on to the next plot, and we try to keep things moving despite the weather or the traffic in Yeroda.
