We are located on East Street in Pune, right in the Kumar Capital building. It’s an old part of the city that has its own kind of charm. Our office is on the first floor. It stays quite busy because East Street always has people walking around and cars looking for parking. We are part of the real estate scene here, dealing with various properties and realtor work. The office atmosphere is pretty casual most days. You’ll find us sitting around desks covered in papers and maybe some half-empty tea cups. We don't go for that super-polished look you see in those big corporate towers. This is just a place where work happens. We know the Pune market well, especially this central area and the suburbs. It’s a lot of talking to buyers and sellers and trying to figure out what fits where. Sometimes the days get long, especially when there is a lot of legal paperwork to sort through. We just take it one project at a time. It’s a local business through and through. If you walk into Kumar Office, you’ll just see regular people working. We don't have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting the deals closed and the projects moving. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far at 2413 East Street.
